Ginny & Andrew- Hermitage Museum in Norfolk, Virginia

Ginny & Andrew- Hermitage Museum in Norfolk, Virginia

Ginny and Andrew had an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Hermitage Museum in Norfolk, Virginia, which is easily one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Hampton Roads! Ginny and Andrew envisioned classic, romantic floral designs, with lush bouquets and centerpieces filled with lots of beautiful blush, champagne and ivory blooms! For the flowers, we used eucalyptus with ranunculus, garden roses, spray roses and cafe au lait dahlias in the bouquets and centerpieces- I love how the bouquets and blush hand-dyed silk ribbon streamers paired effortlessly with the beautiful mauve-inspired bridesmaid dresses- definitely a favorite of 2017! The Hermitage Museum had the most beautiful string lighting set up outside, and Ginny, Andrew and all their guests danced away under the stars- it was magical! Their wedding day was photographed by Compo Photography who did such a wonderful job! Check out the end of this post for a list of all the vendors who brought Ginny and Andrew's wedding day to life- and enjoy! :)

Paula + Edgar's Wedding at Half Moone in Norfolk, Virginia

Paula + Edgar's Wedding at Half Moone in Norfolk, Virginia

Paula and Edgar were married on a beautiful August day at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk, Virginia. They were the sweetest couple to work with, and their wedding day was absolutely spectacular! They dreamed of lush garden-inspired florals, to pair with their modern-vintage wedding inspiration, and Tara Liebeck Photography captured it all perfectly!! I was thrilled to be their wedding florist, and I got to play with lots of my favorite flowers: garden roses, peonies (shipped in from Alaska), ranunculus, dahlias, greenery and more! Paula dreamed of some beautiful floral elements, including a flower arbor, (she was the first CIE bride to use my new wooden arbor) a carnation escort card display, large flower-filled centerpieces, flower crowns for the whole bridal party, and more!! :) Enjoy these magical photos, and give some love to the vendor team who brought their wedding to life, below!
