Complimentary Consultation & Securing Your Wedding Date
Completing the inquiry form is the first step, in which we get to know you a bit and learn about your wedding vision! We will be in touch with you soon after you complete this form, after we have confirmed our availability for your wedding. If we are indeed available, a virtual complimentary consultation will be provided to you, where together we begin to explore your wedding floral design aesthetic, talk through your ideas for your wedding day, and share a general estimate. At that time, if you decide to move forward, a signed contract and retainer is necessary to secure your wedding date! After the date is officially on our calendar, a customized floral plan will be presented to you to kick off the design process!.
Design Meetings & Planning
Your customized floral plan is a 15-20 page presentation, chock full of every single detail for your wedding flowers! Upon your review of the initial floral plan, detailed design meetings will then be scheduled, to select specific design elements like flower varieties, ribbons, vessels, custom installations, and more! After these meetings, an updated design plan will be provided to you, but brides are free to make adjustments as they wish up to 30 days before the wedding! Meetings are typically held virtually, but can also be scheduled in-person at a local coffee shop, or at your venue so we can walk through the space together.
A final meeting will be held between 30-45 days before the wedding, to confirm guest count, quantity of designs, delivery and set-up times, breakdown times (if applicable) and more.
On your wedding day, my team and I will be on-site to deliver and set-up all the flowers, and we only accept one wedding a day so that on your big day our entire focus is on you! With our exclusive full-service approach, we are one of the first service providers to arrive on-site and one of the last to leave, and we can be found placing floral centerpieces, creating custom ceremony installations, lighting candles and pinning boutonnieres! We also offer breakdown services if needed, where we return to your venue once the dancing is done, pack up the flowers for your family members and friends and collect any items from our inventory you may have chosen to use!
1. How much should I expect to invest in my wedding floral designs?
Each wedding investment is customized, based on the flower varieties we are using, complexity and size of arrangements, guest count, etc. Typical Courtney Inghram Floral Design couples invest between $7,000-$10,000 on their wedding flowers, with an average guest count of 125-200 guests.
2. How do I know my investment is secure with you?
Courtney Inghram Events LLC has been in business since 2015 and holds a valid business license and business liability insurance, in addition to having reviews from our happy brides on WeddingWire, The Knot, and Facebook!
3. What will I have to complete in order to secure my wedding date?
A signed contract and retainer payment must be received by Courtney Inghram before your wedding date is officially on our Wedding Calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event, but can be paid early in multiple installments if you choose. Payment plans are also available.
